If you use portions or all of this vector in other vector artworks, you MUST provide the link to your source vector for any of your artwork that includes my work. (what?)
(Don't worry, you are completely, 100% free to use my modifications to Inkscape. For any purpose.)

I know I might be asking too much of you, after all you have done to help me, yet I'd find a little tutorial on how you use Taper Strokes very useful.
You see, I get the path effect to work, yet it is not a very desired output I get. I try yet nothing is close to your work.^^"

I'm busy smoothing out a serious glitch with Taper Strokes which may take a few days. I'll send you a new build then. Hopefully I won't forget, but if I do, bug me and I'll get right on top of it
:) I'll get you your tutorial but you may not even need it once I fix this.

oh, thank you! I hope your work goes well and doesn't evoke using bad language.
If you don't feel like doing a tutorial, you are not obliged to do one, you know.
(feel the radiation of admiration coming from the words, you are close to being inkscape-god)

I hope I am not the only one to get the next version... ^^"

I first thought that it is just a screenshot from an actual show

That's a very good first impression. The filesize speaks for itself. But are the sharp node joins really extrapolated or are they just flat miters?

No, no, they are legitimately extrapolated joins (i.e. formed using this method of drawing circles). And to tell you the truth there aren't too many cusp nodes seen in this picture. I'm working on fixes now, in fact, to help reduce the filesize further in the future :)
